Kevan arranged a viewing for us the day the property came on the market, so we got to view it before anyone else. We then immediately put in an offer, which got accepted - all the viewings that had been arranged were subsequently cancelled so we knew the property wouldn't be snatched up by someone else.
When we needed to view the property again for surveys etc it was easy to chat with Kevan to sort these out.
If we needed updates or for him to chase the seller on things, he would do this for us and get back to us quickly with updates.
All in all, Kevan is great. When I go to sell the property in the future, I will certainly keep him in mind.

We purchased a flat from Kevan in Romford last month. As first-time buyers the process was quite daunting. But from the start, Kevan did everything he could to make the process as smooth as possible. When viewing the property, he was quick in responding to our request and was he was great at describing the property and the area - as we are not from Romford.
Once we made an offer, Kevan was always available and responded quickly. Unfortunately, we did not receive a great service from our choice of solicitors. This was frustrating for all parties. We used Kevan to sell our home in Collier Row. We liked Kevan as he was happy to answer all our questions, didn't try to push us into selling, and didn't harass us by phone after giving us a valuation unlike other estate agents.
We were pleased with how the property was advertised. The video tour and photos were to a very high standard. He was able to pre-screen potential buyers before our open house so we didn't get time wasters and sold the following day.
He is not cheap, and truthfully we probably would have sold fairly easily with a high street estate agent. However we are very happy we used Kevan for multiple reasons. He is clearly very experienced, he always kept us updated and we never had to chase him for anything. If he missed a call he would call back quickly. He was able to recommend a great solicitor (how rare is it you can say that!) and built up a good rapport with our buyers which helped the process. He also gave us good advice on how to approach the purchase of our new property.
Although we don't intend to move again, if we did we would use Kevan.

From the beginning, Kevan went above and beyond the call of duty. Surveyors kept undervaluing our house so we lost several prospective purchasers, but each time Kevan sold our house with 24 hours. When we eventually found a buyer and started the conveyancing process, due to our home being a new build 15 years ago their solicitor and mortgage companies solicitor took so long making their enquiries we actually lost the property we wanted to buy, as the process took far too long. This in turn meant we had told Kevan that we would not be able to sell to our buyers. However, Kevan was determined to see this through to the bitter end, which he did. He did far more work than any other estate agent would’ve to ensure that in the end the sale did not fall through, and then managed to get our seller to take her house back off the market. After 7 very long and stressful months, we finally exchanged contracts! This would not have happened without Kevan’s help and determination.
